NY Times Article on "Meat-Guzzlers"

Just saw this in the New York Times:

"(A)ccording to the United Nation’s Food and Agriculture Organization...livestock production generates nearly a fifth of the world’s greenhouse gases — more than transportation."

So how can you help the environment? Well, if you aren't quite ready to "Go Veg," try substituting one meal a week in which you would have eaten meat with something vegetarian. Instead of a burger, you could have pizza, pasta, salad, tofu, cereal, a delicious smoothy -- the possibilities are endless!
